2023 Fall Art Show Announcement

Anawim Arts is pleased to announce Serendipity – Finding Joy in the Unexpected as the theme for the 2023 Fall Art Show. Artists are invited to submit works of visual art that address this theme.
The 2023 Fall Art Show will have two parts: an in-person Art Exhibit for selected works as well as an online art show welcoming local and international submissions. Please note that the deadline for submitting work for the in person exhibit is much earlier than the deadline for submissions for the online show.
Art Exhibit at Oesterle Gallery
North Central College, Naperville, IL
November 4 – December 9, 2023
We are excited to collaborate with North Central College for this community art exhibit. The exhibit will be in the Oesterle Library Gallery and will be open to the public during the hours that the library is open. An artists’ reception will be held in November – date and time to be announced.
Artists are encouraged to submit any original artwork that fits the theme. It does not have to be new work. If interested, artists will be invited to provide prices and contact information to facilitate the sale of their work.
Deadline for Gallery Art Exhibit Submissions: A statement of interest in participation along with photos of up to 3 pieces of art work should be submitted to anawimarts@gmail.com by August 15, 2023.
If approved for inclusion in the show, the artist will be supplied with North Central College’s Artwork Loan and Exhibition Agreement forms which will need to be completed by September 1, 2023.
International On-Line Art Show
Beginning November 4, 2023 and ongoing
Since Anawim Arts has grown as an international arts community we value the broad participation that is made possible in our online art show. Once again we invite local, national, and international artists to submit their work for our 2023 Fall Art Show.
Deadline for On-line Art Show Submissions: Begin the online Art Show submission process by completing the 2023 Fall Art Show Registration Form. (see link below) Once the registration form is completed, submit your artwork in a jpeg format to anawimarts@gmail.com.
The submission deadline is October 1, 2023.
