We are all artists. We are all writers. This retreat offers a moment to renew yourself and your artist heart in a supportive, encouraging group setting.
Using a blend of prompt-driven writing, free-writing time, and opportunities to share work, (if you choose,) you will be invited to explore all your senses while you create.
We will incorporate gentle, yoga movement breaks and a chance to step into the beautiful natural setting, slow down, and reflect.
