We are excited to announce that the 2026 art show is scheduled for July 12, 2026. It will be held in Wheaton, Illinois, and on our website for participants who are not able to be present in person.
The theme is ‘Dare to Dream: Brokenness Needs Beauty.’ Given the state of the world, given how complicated ordinary life can be, given all the uncertainty we face everyday, this is a theme that perhaps feels close to the hearts of many artists and writers. How does art bring healing?
For this show, visual art will be paired with the written word. You may submit visual art, writing, or both; visual artists may also choose to partner with a writer they know, or vice-versa. Check out previous art shows for inspiration.
To be considered for inclusion, please submit up to three visual art pieces and/or up to three written pieces (poetry or prose, no longer than one page each). Details of the submission process, and the submission form are here.
