What kind of roots does she need as a tree to be able to bow and dance with the weather on grey sky days? to see the beauty in acceptance of what is rather than only looking for the sunny days? What kind of grace is possible?
My quest these days is to find both the rootedness and the flexibility although fear so easily makes me brittle and pulls me back.
Let me learn from this dancing tree that growth depends on air and light and it depends on the ability of our roots to network underground with other roots for support and shared nourishment – with those well-tended roots it might be possible to extend my branches without so much fear.
