Artist Statement – I have always enjoyed walking the river by my home . Once the restrictions of COVID were put in place it became my refuge. I stopped walking and started strolling with my eyes searching for flowers that were in various stages of development. I snapped photos and began arranging them in triptychs with short musings. In an effort to brighten the days of my friends I posted them daily on Facebook. Although the world was appearing to tilt in the extreme,nature was staying the course and delighting me.
