The Anawim Arts 2026 art show, Dare to Dream: Brokenness Needs Beauty was held in person July 12-19, and featured visual art paired with the written word.
Anawim Arts asked: Given the state of the world, given how complicated ordinary life can be, given all the uncertainty we face everyday, how can art bring healing?
The show, now completely online for all to share, features the work of twenty-four artists and writers who explored how to create beauty in the space of brokenness. Using a wide variety of techniques, from collage and needlework to oil painting and poetry, the creators offer a dynamic and soulful path towards healing.
